The picture quality of analog PCTV solutions is always poor, independent from the manufacturer of the Receiver.

I guess the sound will be limited by the speakers of your notebook, maybe you should think about adding some external speakers to your notebook. And about the image quality, as others here explained before, don't expect too much, and don't sit too close to your notebook.

Eine recht einfache Möglichkeit ist es auch eine D-Box2 mit Linux übers Netzwerk mit dem Rechner zu verbinden dann kann man darüber adie Senungen sehen. Eine TV Karte benötigt man dann nicht.

if the image and sound are realy poor, i dont know why i will buy this? maybe I will look for a nother solution...

The best solution is digital reception.
We have to know which cable provider is feeding your apartment. Depending on the provider the German private programmers are encrypted, and that may complicate PC reception. In many cases a common interface module enables encrypted digital reception on the PC.

in my appartment when i just put a tv and a cable inside this anschluß without receiver i will get this program of, mtv, viva, kika, n24, swr .....
thats why i ask if i can do it with my laptop and adding a adaptor or this hybride card...
i know when i put the tv after connect the tv with the latop with s-video i will get the image on my laptop, but my idea is how to get this image and sound directly on my laptop without passsing by tv.
I realy need this because i dont like to buy tv because i use this appartment only two days per weeks.
and i look for a cheaper solution than buying a new tv.

Then buy the analog Terratec adapter mentioned above. The quality will not be worse than your already tested solution (TV > S-Video > PC).

How about buying a used TV? In some cities there are stores for used technical equipment, a smalll TV, in the size of a notebooks display, should be cheaper than the HVR-900.
On a "Flohmarkt" or "Trödelmarkt", special markets for used things sold by people, which often take place on weekends, you should get a small TV for about 10-20 Euro.

You could try to search google for the next bigger cities name with Flohmarkt or Trödelmarkt, to find such a place?

no tv nothing inside it anly nintendo games ....
