Jetzt muß ich aber auch mal ein Lob an NASN aussprechen:
Daß anstelle der 2 nicht stattfindenden Kufen- Playoffspiele 2 mal Yankees - Cleveland übertragen wird, finde ich sehr gut!

Laut EPG wird NASN am Samstag und Sonntag während der Bundesliga abgeschaltet. Ausserdem wird auch RTL Living davon betroffen sein

Definitiv sieht man das ja am Samstag. Die Ankündigung im EPG gabs ja schon früher, aber nie ist was passiert.

Letztes Jahr war der Transponder aber durch die Abschaltung von EasyTV halb leer.

Das Hauptargument ist dasselbe: Die können NASN nicht einfach so mal kurz für zwei Stunden abschalten, denn es hängen da nicht nur die Deutschen/Österreicher dran, sondern quasi Halbeuropa...

und wenn schon, Samstag Nachmittags gibts eh nix wichtiges auf NASN und die meisten von uns schauen doch sowieso Buli.

NASN to Launch BottomLine On-Air Ticker

NASN is extremely pleased to announce the launch of its brand new BottomLine Ticker. This addition to the look and feel of NASN will bring the channel to a new and exciting level.

BottomLine is a direct and instant form of communication with our viewers and will feature scores, news, statistics and schedules from MLB, NHL, NFL, NBA, College Football and College basketball, among other US sports.

The BottomLine Ticker will go Live on the 15th May 2008 and will be present 24/7 on the channel.

Viewers will have instant access to all the latest scores, news and stats plus breaking news stories as they happen throughout the day. They will also be alerted to schedule changes, program alerts or any technical difficulties which may arise and are out of our hands due to the nature of live television.

Don’t worry, this addition to the channel will in no way hinder the viewing experience as none of the images currently viewed by our fans will be lost and picture quality will stay the same.

We’ll be making sure that scores from games that will be shown as-live on NASN will not appear on the ticker until after the game has been aired in order to not give away the results of games they are about to watch.

NASN will not be appearing on NASN2 in the UK and Ireland.

We feel the NASN BottomLine Ticker is a great new addition to the channel, and we hope you will enjoy it.

Ich habe Internet (und 99% der anderen NASN-Zuschauer sich auch), da brauch ich so'n Mist nicht.

Na da können wir aber aufatmen - die Bildqualität bleibt wie gewohnt unter aller Sau!

Aber generell hoffe ich einfach, dass der Mist nicht permanent erscheinen wird, sondern wie bei ESPN nur gelegentlich, denn so ein dämliches Laufband will doch eh keiner!
