    Und auf welcher rechtlichen Basis kommen die Polen zu diesem Angebot ? Die BBC wird ihr Programm ja nicht nach Polen verkaufen oder doch ? Bzw. auf welcher rechtlichen Basis könnte das Kabelio ins Programm aufnehmen ?

    I don’t think Kabelio could legally share any UK broadcast with any EU PayTv broadcaster since BBC Worldwide has the copyrights of most of shows on ITV, C4, and BBC which are directly distributed on those BBC branded channels in Poland, Nordic, etc.

    Today and past few days mostly in the evenings, BBC 1&2 - ITV1 - C4 - C5 that I have noticed have pixelations every few minutes. Later in the evening and before midnight it would become more severe, at least last night was like that.

    Exactly! :) Kabelio is in full compliance with Swiss laws, but in the other European countries it is currently not possible to watch directly UK national channels because of rights issues (except for Benelux which has its own rules)...that's why the BBC international channels were created, controlled by a different division (BBC Worldwide) and sold as entirely pay-tv channels ;)

    I think we should not forget what dam72 said about the priority of the French-speaking group of channels... personally, I would see as a replacement of BBC News another UK channel such as Film4: it could be the best choice since, being in SD, there might be also some space for another new channel in French, but that's just my two cents :)

    There are still some problems also on CBeebies/BBC Four because the image is frozen on CBeebies tonight again :)

    Yes, we received several emails too. This is strange at all. Last week we have changed some parts of contribution during the fibre cut, it might be linked to this ad hoc chnages. Microfreezers we could not see anymore. BBC4/Cbeebees we check today.
