    Hi there all,

    I have a question about the grobi/digenius software.

    The software is used in several receivers with HD and without HD. How does the firmware the firmware detect if there is a HD option onboard.

    For example would it be possible to add HD function to a S7CI of digenius ?
    Something like in the Kaon is possible or the Xtreme.

    Hi,
    the firmware does not only check if there is a HD installed, it does also check for the exact HD-Type. There are some 4 or six models explicitly coded in the firmware, none of them are available at (german) Shops.
    The netxt question is how to add the HD-Interface if there is none onboard, this could be hard, too.
    So from my point of view, forget it.
