Is it possible to do some mapping with the DVB EPG stuff?

My problem is the following:

Regional version of a channel. Sends sound in AC3 also. No EPG data.
National version of same channel. Only stereo sound. Full EPG.

My wish:
Map the national channels EPG onto the regional channel empty EPG.

Is this in any way possible?

National channel is detected as: TV2
Regional channel is detected as: TV2 (Østjylland)

Sorry, this kind of mapping is nt supported at the moment.

Hi Hodor,

I found no simple solution for your problem. But I have two suggestions:

1. You use the ordenary DVB-EPG. While watching channel A you can show the EPG OSD for the current channel with 'E'. In this list view you can switch with PgUp/PgDn the EPG channel. When 'TV 2' and 'TV2 (Østjylland)' are close together in your favorites list, it's just a click more.
2. You use the TvTv EPG service. For TvTv you can change the channel mapping in the channel editor. Select a channel, open the context menu with a right click a select 'map channels'. In the line 'tvtv' you can select the desired tvtv EPG channel for your TV channel.

tvtv don't have any danish channels, so that's not an option. So I'm pretty much already using your first suggestion.

I'm just hoping they will start sending EPG data also on this transponder some day... sooner than later
