    Hallo ich wollte meinen PC mal etwas aufrüsten, leider habe ich nicht so recht die Ahnung was ich verwenden darf beim Speicher und z.b auf wie viel GB ich aufrüsten darf.

    Hier mal mein ganzen Spezifikationen, wenn ich bei Google das Motherboard angebe kommt diese Webseite aber ob es dann auch das gleiche ist da bin ich mir nicht so ganz sicher.

    Ich würde mir da die Frage stellen ob sich das überhaupt noch lohnt ein mittlerweile technisch veraltetes Sockel 939 System aufzurüsten. So ein System braucht noch DDR(1)-RAM und könnte von neueren Boards nicht mehr verwendet werden.
    DDR-RAM kostet derzeit ca. 30 Euro pro GB. 4 GB müssten laut Protokoll möglich sein.
    Ich würde nur aufrüsten wenn nur das RAM der derzeitige Engpass beim Rechner wäre, ansonsten würde ich mir gleich einen neuen Rechner kaufen.

    Das habe ich mir inzwischen auch schon überlegt, weil ich irgendwann auch mal den CPU aufrüsten wollte. Aber der Sockel 939 wird ja bei neuen CPU schon gar nicht mehr genutzt. Ich glaube dann lasse ich das erst einmal und kaufe dann lieber irgendwann wieder einen neuen PC.

    Also viel aufrüsten kann man da nicht mehr, Sockel939 ist schon kaum noch zu haben, auch die CPUs sind eher nur noch gebraucht zu haben.
    Lieber ein nagelneues System anschaffen, entweder ein AMD-System auf Basis der AM3-Boards oder ein Intel-System mit dem Sockel 1156. Kommt halt drauf an, was du da genau machen willst.

    Es gibt Sockel 939 Dualcore CPUs, aber die sind sowas von teuer, das sich die Umrüstung kaum lohnt.

    Am besten den alten Krempel verkaufen und was neues zulegen. Sockel 939 Hardware wird recht hoch gehandelt.


    Es gibt noch aktuelle S939 Hardware. Im Dezember 2009 ist das ASRock 939A785GMH/128M erschienen :D
