Sony Bravia - LED blinkt 10 mal ???

hi,

seit heute morgen kann ich meinen Sony Bravia KDL 40W5800 nicht mehr einschalten! die rote LED blinkt 10 mal.

Kann mir jemand sagen ob ich das irgendwie wieder zum laufen bringe?

In der Bedienungsanleitung zu meinem W4000 steht, dass Du das Intervall und die Menge der Blinker zählen musst (das ist die Selbstdiagnosefunktion) und das der Sony Technik Hotline mitteilen. Die müssten dann wissen was los ist.

* Unit is dead, No blinks - Problem in the standby power section.
* Continuous blink once a second, no pausing - No reply from the jungle (data bus is busy, shorted to ground, or held high), IK video path is defective.
* One blink - not used for the self-diagnosis
* Two blinks - B+ over current protection (OCP), unit goes to the standby mode then displays the 2 blink fault. Could be a short in the power supply of any of the circuits.
* Three blinks - B+ over voltage protection (OVP), unit goes to the standby mode then displays the 3 blink fault.
* Four blinks - No Vertical Sig (V STOP)
* Five blinks - AKB circuit (automatic kine bias), the timer/standby indicator blinks for about 30 seconds then goes to the self-diagnosis function. Something is wrong with the video. Check video out and other components on the C board.
* Six blinks - No Horizontal Sig (H STOP)
* Seven blinks - High voltage shutdown. The unit goes immediately into safety shutdown. Check power supply regulation.
* Eight blinks - Problem with the audio (AUDIO), unit goes to standby and blinks the self-diagnosis code. Check audio amp. On some models of Sony TV sets, this code means that T8005 (flyback transformer), or the associative components in the high voltage circuits are defective on the D board.
* Nine blinks - "G" board failure, do not resolder as this will fix the problem temporary. Or Panel Module Error or Thermal Error. If it is intermittent 9 blinks, meaning sometimes the TV comes on and other times you get flashing, then change the switching regulator on the "G" board or check connections. Make sure the regulator is -12 or -13 (negitive).
* Ten blinks - Check for shorts, leakage, or bad solder connections on the "D" board.

Intermittent problems? This is a great feature. You can also bring up these fault codes on-screen to see a list of the problem numbers with the abbreviation of the problem and the number of times this problem has occurred. This is slightly different than entering the service mode. To see the diagnostic screen, press the following buttons: Display, Channel, 5, volume Minus, ( not plus ) then Power. This brings up a screen with a list of the problems and number of times they have occurred. Each of the problems named, are abbreviated as, "OCP", "OVP", "V STOP", ETC. We have repeated them in parentheses in the text for the "Blinks" described above so you can correlate between the diagnostic screen and the blink codes.

MPORTANT: After you repair the unit, you MUST clear the values on this diagnostic screen. These codes do not reset themselves after the fault is corrected, so if you don't clear them, you'll be seeing "old" fault codes the next time you enter this screen. Clearing is done by going into the service mode (display, channel, 5, volume plus, then power ). Press 8 and Enter, which returns everything to the factory preset condition.

Hey,

hatte das gleiche Problem nach einer halben STD!!!!!!!
Scheint ein Software BUG zu sein.
Wenn du den Fernseher auf Analog umschaltest, kannst du zumindest alles über die externen Eingänge z.B. HDMI für PS3 schauen.
Solltest du allerdings wieder in den Digitalen Modus umschalten, geht er wieder aus.
Das einzige was kurzfristig hilft ist den Fernseher wieder auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen.
Hatte aber nach 3 Tagen das gleiche Problem wieder.
Also habe ich ihn direkt getauscht.
Mein jetziger hält schon 4 Tage durch .
Nach welchem Zeitraum trat bei dir das Prob. auf?

hatte das Problem auch.
hab mich dann an die Sony Hotline gewendet.
Die konnten mir helfen.
Sat Reciever schreit nach Softwareupdate

Jetzt klappt alles super!

Bei 10x blinken kann das aber nichts mit einem update zu tun haben. (zumal es hier nicht um einen Receiver geht!)

Also, ich hatte das Probelm , dass mein Gerät 10-mal geblinkt hat.
Sony angerufen , neue Software installiert,
Gerät funktioniert wieder ohne Fehler
und wenn man 1+1 zusammenzählt lag es an der Software

Aber hier gehts nicht um einen Receiver! Die Fehlermeldungen sind bei jedem Gerät ja anders.

Jetzt nochmal zum mitschreiben.
Ich habe einen Sony mit integriertem SAT-Reciever!
Das Gerät hat 10 mal geblinkt!
Software update hat das Gerät wieder zum laufen gebraucht.
also...reciever wurde upgedatet...

Nochmal zum Mitschreiben Der TV ist kein Receiver. Nicht der Receiver wurde upgedatet sondern die FW des TVs.

Mit der Fehlermeldung hat das aber nichts zu tun denn dann läuft auch kein update mehr. Ein Hardwaredefekt lässt sich nun mal nicht per Software beheben.
